Very satisfied with the service

Thanks again David for helping me obtain a wiper motor for my Winnebago Adventurer 32H last week. You were kind enough to talk to my friend Kyle about the problem and figure out the part needed and actually had one in stock. We had checked with multiple Winnebago dealerships and several Camping World sites for the part to no avail. You sympathized with our situation of driving our RV without the benefit of wipers in the rain. When I talked to you, you were more than happy to ship the motor overnight to me in Nashville, our next scheduled stop. And when I called back to specify early morning delivery, you changed the shipping documents to meet my needs. And you did all this on a day when Iowa had received 11 inches of snow and even Winnebago had shut down!

Needless to say, we had the motor the next morning at about 8am. My son installed the motor and to our relief, we could depart for rain-soaked Talladega. We enjoyed our NASCAR race weekend knowing we would have wipers on our way home to Minnesota. Your gracious help really saved the day. Thank you for doing a great job!!

Dorothy & I have owned motor homes for over 30 years. This is our fourth motor home, three of them Winnebago. This was our first dealing with Lichtsinn Motors. Your sales and technical staff performed well beyond our expectations. Other dealers have a tendency to unlock the motor home and disappear. Your staff stuck with us, answering questions, making us feel at home at your dealership. Nicole Follman made sure we did get to look at the four motor homes we mentioned to her prior to our visit. She was careful to ask the right questions, listen, and guide us enough so we made the right decision. Nicole wanted to make sure that if we purchased, we would be happy. She also called us later in the evening to answer any additional questions we had and to make sure we were comfortable. Your staff is one you can be very proud of. You're entire staff, Nicole, Casey, Hannah, Tim (Service Manager), and Jeff (Technician) all made sure we felt we were the most important people they had to deal with. I just wanted to thank you for your help in getting the problem with the home theatre in my Aspect fixed. Tim Olson did a fantastic job in following up with Samsung when the Canadian Winnebago dealers and the Canadian Samsung technical service would not help me. Tim had Samsung send out a new home theatre replacement unit and the costs were all covered under warranty, including the shipping. I installed the replacement unit myself and it all works great now. This kind of after-sales-service makes me very happy that I purchased my coach from Lichtsinn Motors. I will recommend you to anyone who asks about my Winnebago. - Clint
